First time customers receive: Thank you, reminder to review (invitation to include user generated content if you have an app that accepts this), cross-sell/upsell, follow up to cross sell/upsell.
Repeat purchasers receive: Thank you, reminder to review with user generated content, reminder to purchase again (with or without offer)
*These email topics can be modified to fit your brand. Examples of other options include invitations to social media accounts, educational content, shipping expectations, etc. We would discuss this in the kickoff meeting*

Package work will be completed 2-4 weeks after you've returned the questionnaire back to me.
